Acted as Co-Founder and CEO at Local Agency for Abengoa SA, Then as Business Development Director at Siemens AG / Solar Thermal Energy Division in Israel.
Founded the “Safe Future” Entrepreneurship Program for At Risk Youth (Bat-Yam Municipality) in 2013.
Udi is a commander (reserve) at Shayetet-13 and has a B.A (finance with a concentration in insurance/capital risk management) from IDC, Herzeliya.
He is married to Amit and they have two daughters.
Nilly has been working in the Atalef foundation since 2013. Prior to joining Atalef, Nilly spent four years as a media consultant at a firm specializing in strategic communication, where she managed corporate accounts across sectors.
She holds a L.L.B degree from Netanya Academic Center.
She worked for 2 years as a lawyer in a firm specializing in medical malpractice and tort.
Born and raised in Haifa.
Married to a Shayetet 13 warrior who still acts in active reserve service.
Mother of 2 children 1 and 3 years old.
Nilly served in the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) as a paramedic in the Navy.
Inna is in charge of resource and organisational development.
Before she joined Atalef, Inna took an active part in founding the Ramon Foundation (founded by the widow of Ilan Ramon, the 1st Israeli astronaut).
In 2008 Inna has graduated Ministry of Foreign Affairs Cadets Course and served as a leading diplomat in Israel’s embassy in Moscow where she was in charge of Israel’s strategic affairs. She holds an MA in Middle Eastern studies from Ben Gurion University.
Inna is married to Oz, an Shayetet 13 warrior in reserve service. They have a son.
In IDF, Inna served as a communications instructor in tanks division, ranked sergeant.
Shiri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture (B.Sc) from the Israel institute of Technology (Technion). In addition Shiri is also a certified Payroll Accountant, receiving her professional qualification from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel. Prior to joining Atalef, Shiri founded and owned a successful Event Planning and Design company, where she had successfully designed and planned over 400 events and weddings.
