FROM MILITARY EXCELLENCE TO CIVIL LEADERSHIP

Atalef Ambassadors

We recruit elite Israeli Navy Commandos for the Ambassador Program. Our mission is to show the world a different side of Israel than shown on the news.

Helping Israel’s image

Exposing communities around the U.S. to the most exceptional soldiers, students and professionals from Flotilla 13 and from the State of Israel.

We believe that sharing personal stories is the best way to portray the complexity of being an Israeli. Each story speaks louder of human values than any classic “hasbara” video or a press conference by a high level official. Atalef’s community is a inexhaustible source of remarkable people and amazing stories. The bridge between the Jewish communities and Israel can only be built through personal connection and we offer you a chance to meet with Israel’s finest.

Veterans empowerment:

No lesser goal is to empower those who’ve risked their lives for our safety and security. The Ambassadors will walk away from this program with a set of skills and valuable tools which will serve them in both their professional careers and personal lives. Their unique training includes:

  • Exclusive workshops led by hand-picked experts in public speaking and public relations.
  • Intensive process designed to enable the veterans to share their personal stories and stories from the battlefield in the most impactful ways.
  • Round tables with leading diplomats, community leaders and media reps for better understanding of the various challenges faced by the young jewish people around the globe today.
  • Upon their graduation the ambassadors are sent to talks and meet-ups around the globe – on community events, schools, political institutions, on campuses etc.
