Noam is the CEO and Chairman of Top-Secure, the highly sought after top-level security solutions firm that he co-founded in 2002. Following a prominent career in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and Secret Service, Shalit introduced tailored security offerings into the private business sector to better serve today’s needs in the local and international communities. Areas of expertise include security solutions, operations, dignitary and executive protection, counter-terror training, and consulting. Previously, Shalit oversaw relations with intelligence partners and security agencies with the Israeli General Secret Service (GSS), served as IDF Chief of Staff, Protection Unit and as an air marshall.
Shalit’s cutting-edge acumen for security operations in government catapulted him into the forefront once a civilian, landing him in a key role as a Telem Regavim partner where he devised security solutions to large scale residential construction and the subsequent security for high-risk communities. Today, Shalit’s expertise in high-level security operations extends to both international governments, private sector Fortune 500 professionals and their companies, high profile personalities, including select A-list celebrities, and their business or personal travel throughout the world.
Guy is an x- warrior of Shayetet 13. He studied international relations, business management, investment and finance, and management of family businesses.
Guy is the owner and CEO of Pereg Spices, which is one of Israel’s leading spice manufacturer. Guy manages the family business and is responsible for manufacture, marketing, business development, and exporting.
Miki is the CEO at Eastronics Ltd, where he has worked for 40 years. He was in the Israeli Airforce Intelligence from 1966 until 1969 after which he received his B.A. in Economics and Political Sciences from Tel Aviv University. Following that he received his MBA from Stanford University.
He is Chairman of the Public Board and member of the Executive Committee of Bat Sheva Dance Company, as well as for the Tel Aviv Museum of Art. He is also a member of the board for Friends of Tel Aviv University.
As an avid amateur archaeologist, he is a member of the Tel Aviv University Expedition at Tel Megiddo and other major sites in Israel.
Miki is married to Etty and has three children and two grandchildren.
Amir is currently a senior partner at the law firm of GKH – Gross Kleinhendler, Hodak, Halevy, Greenberg & Co. He has extensive experience in the fields of Technology and Venture Capital, Banking and Capital Markets, and Cross- Border M&A Transactions. In addition, Amir advises family held enterprises on succession and family constitution issues and private clients on estate and trust planning.
Amir currently serves on the Board of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC) and was a member of the Board of the JFN- Jewish Funders Network from 2008 till 2014. He is one of the founders and the Chairman of the Board of “Vehadarta” – a charity focused on the advancement of the status of the elderly. Amir is also a member of Committed to Give – The Initiative for Promoting Philanthropy in Israel , a member of Jdocu – Photographers Group which documents Jewish communities around the world and donates the proceeds from the sale of their publications to social projects within those communities, and he is a member of IVN – Israel Venture Network.
Amir is an 11th generation Jerusalemite, and can trace his family roots in the city back to 1732. He is married to Sandra and has three children and two grandsons.

EDNA retired about three years ago and I still work in the ICL concern which I have started in 1976 and after various jobs along the years my job for the last 12 years is a manager of the inland transportation engineering department in DSW(Dead sea works)which is the biggest subsidiary company of ICL .
Ofir is a warrior and a former Team Commander in Shayetet 13.
He has a Dual Bachelor Degree (B.A) in Philosophy and Political Science, and a Masters (M.A.) in History & Philosophy of Education.
Ofir is a High school principal at WIZO Nahalal Youth Village and an active reservists in the unit.
Serves as a member of the board of the Kinneret quarries, and a financial and operations consultant in the quarries and low-tech industry. Sharon has more than 18 years of experience working as an executive working in the largest company in Israel of materials suppliers and infrastructures. In this company, Sharon held the position of the business development manager, and the general manager of the quarries unit. Sharon, a navy commander, serves the Israeli Navy as a senior officer in combat units of the Shayetet 13, the Israeli naval special forces. Sharon receives his M.A in business management from the University of Bar-Ilan and B.A degree in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Haifa.
